H.E. Zahoor Ahmed, Ambassador of Pakistan to Finland and Sweden, visited Helsinki on 27-29 March, 2022. His visit included meetings with many of the leading representatives of Finnish Government and Finnish corporate life.
The Ambassador called on the Minister of Foreign Affairs Finland Mr. Pekka Haavisto.

The Finnish Foreign Minister said that Finland values its relations with Pakistan and would like to further develop ties in various areas especially innovation and higher education. He appreciated the role of Pakistani students and researchers working in Finnish industries and academia. Ambassador Zahoor Ahmed presented a traditional Ajrak to the Foreign Minister.
Ambassador, H.E. Zahoor Ahmed had a meeting with the Finnish Deputy Director General of the Department for America and Asia, Mr. Pekka Kaihilahti, Director of the Unit for South Asia, Mr. Veikko Kiljunen and Team Leader, Afghanistan and Pakistan, Mr. Matti Keppo.
