By Mr. Wille Eerola, Hon. Consul General of Pakistan in Finland.

The news from Karachi yesterday is one the biggest move we have seen in Pakistan-Finland relations for some time.

For me it has been absolutely a big honor to be involved with this project during the last 1,5 years, like being the gotfather of a project changing the whole mindset of teaching and teachers in Pakistan. It is a major step in a process linking the best education practices from Finland and such a passionate drive to change the teachers training and later whole public school system in Pakistan.

Dear Friends, Salma and Shehzad, you are making it to happen and this is just the beginning of something big for children and youth of Pakistan!

And congrats to University of Helsinki too: you could not be in a better team than Durbeen ! Please click to the University of Helsinki’s press release.
